The Anchor is located alongside the river Cam in central Cambridge, right next to Silver Street Bridge and just a minute's walk from the Market Square and central colleges.
From the Market square and historic town centre, follow Kings Parade until it meets Silver Street, and turn right.
From the bus station or Regent Street area, take Downing Street and keep walking until you reach the river. The Anchor is on your right down a short alley way, about five minutes.
From the railway station, follow Station Road to the end, and turn right onto Hills Road. Follow Hills Road / Regent Street until you reach Downing Street as above, about 15 minutes. Alternatively take any bus to the town centre.
If you are coming by car, the pub is very close to the well-signposted Roundchurch and Lion Yard car parks.
